No Bake Energy Bites

Perfectly choclate date balls
Who doesn’t sometimes look for something sweet, small, and healthy to munch on, whether it’s afternoons, before a workout, during studies, during an exam, between workouts, or just to snack on.
So, after a lot of time spent perfecting date balls, I managed to reach the perfect recipe!
So… what do you need for the perfect bite?”
• 1/2 cup of almonds
• 1/2 cup of walnuts
• 15 Medjool dates
• 1 tablespoon of natural almond butter
• 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
• 1/4 cup of cocoa nibs
• 1 cup of quaker oats
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• Soy/almond/oat milk (until you achieve a relatively soft texture, about 3 tabelespoons)
For the coatings: Whatever you prefer, I chose ground pistachios, shredded coconut, and ground walnuts.
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until you achieve a uniform texture.
Roll the mixture into balls and coat them with your choice of coating.
