• 1 package of firm tofu.
• Any greens you have at home (parsley, cilantro, spinach(

1. Put all the greens in a food processor, crumble the tofu, and add the flour. Blend until combined.
2. After blending, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the seasonings. Mix well.
