Salted Pretzel Chocolate

The perfect combination of sweet and salty. There is no more perfect combination between sweet and salty. And if you can make them from natural ingredients, then why not? A healthy and tasty snack that is perfect for afternoon coffee/tea.


  • A box of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 40 grams of pretzels – half a small package
  • 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of hazelnut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of pure maple
  • Silicone mold 12 cavity


  • Crush the pretzels into small pieces with a rolling pin
  • Mix together with the hazelnut butter, peanuts butter and maple until a salty pretzel sauce is formed
  • Melt the dark chocolate in pulses of 30 seconds (otherwise the chocolate will dry) until it becomes liquid.
  • Take a teaspoon of dark chocolate and spread it in each cavity in the silicon mold
  • Fill each cavity with the salty pretzel sauce we prepared
  • Put another teaspoon of dark chocolate on top
  • Place a pretzel unit on top of each.
